When there are only a few seats left on a tour, we strongly recommend you use your credit card to confirm. Day trips are normally under $100.00 and are due in full at the time of booking.
OVERNIGHT - MULTI-DAY TOUR RESERVATIONS:
A $100.00 deposit per person is required to reserve all overnight tours. Once again you may mail your payment to
8 Alice Street, St. Albans, WV 25177 or use your credit/debit card on line at capitolcoachwv.com Hotels, tickets, and meal deposits are based on a minimum number of participants so your initial deposit is paid to confirm our obligations to the suppliers. Payment in full is due (30) days prior to departure. Please note in your calendar when final payment is due, we do not send final bills in the mail.
Each travel adventure is fully hosted by a tour director or tour escort whose responsibility includes the handling of all details of the program as well as complete attention to the comfort of each passenger. Any special request should be made prior to departure through our information e-mail or brought to the attention of the host prior to departure. Directors/escorts are credentialed as certified teachers, graduates in the tourism industry, business or CTIS (Certified Tour Industry Specialists). All local step-on guides on tour are licensed by the city/state/country in which they are conducting the tour. We provide an internship program with local universities in West Virginia with students pursuing a degree in the tourism industry to gain college credit hours for escorting our County Roads…Come Home to Wild Wonderful West Virginia tours.
Capitol Coach is aware of the fact it is necessary at times to cancel a trip that has already been paid. While we understand that these last minute cancellations are at times unavoidable, it is not always possible for us to receive a refund in full from the suppliers we have paid on your behalf.
If we are successful in obtaining refunds you will be notified. To receive all or a portion of a refund we highly recommend trip insurance. We are unable to provide full refunds when your payment is received after the 30 day payment deadline due to the fact we have already paid nonrefundable deposits to our suppliers in arranging your reservations.
FINAL TOUR INFORMATION:
Seven (7) to ten (10) days prior to departure you will receive final tour information and any changes of departure times or boarding locations.
